It's too hot, too hot, too hot, lady

I'm off to New Paltz to spend Christmas with my dear friend Anna and her family. I know the odds aren't in my favor, but I'd like Santa to make it snow. Or, you know, get cold. The official start of winter just passed, but it feels wrong to see iguanas sunning themselves on the hood of my car in December.
